Music by Roger Russo!

Roger Russo's music includes a wide variety of styles. He definitely knows how to play an audience with his many instruments and vocals from easy listening to jazz to rockin' oldies! He has been playing music professionally since 1976.

He started as a busboy sitting in with the Percy Jacks trio, featuring jazz legend Willie E. Anderson. His first band was with Chris Cambell of Bob Seger's Silver Bullet Band and Paul Warren of Rod Stewart's band, then playing clubs and partys.

In 1977, Roger played the entire summer at the Villa Marine in Frankfort. Roger has worked alongside Chubby Checker, Chuck Barry, The Platters, The Drifters, The Coasters, The Chantels, Bo Diddley, & Tommy Clutefos formerly of Ted Nugent and Alice Cooper, now with Rob Zombie.

In June of 2005, he moved to Benzie, deciding that "the North" was his REAL home. He started selling his artwork and playing music at the Crystal Lake Emporium, as the solo act of RUSSO.

Roger now works for Ron Getz and works every Thursday at Jodi's and plays for many various functions and fundraisers. This coming summer he will be wlrking with Chubby Checker and the Fabulous Horn Dogs. He is entertainment not to be missed!

The Winterfest Party and Auction is the Chamber's major annual fundraiser for the year. It is widely supported by many Benzie businesses through donations of goods, sponsorships, and services.  Proceeds support the many programs and services of the Chamber of Commerce.
