The mission of the Festival is to bring the award winning films from film events around the world to Benzie County’s beautiful coastal city, Frankfort.

Benzie County in Northern Michigan invites visitors to experience Pure Michigan’s newest Byway, M-22, during the 2017 fall color tour season. The 116-mile stretch of M-22 that runs through Benzie County is frequently listed as one of the country's best routes for scenic drives, especially during the fall months.
Benzie County offers charming lodging locations and a special lodging package called "Benzie Treasure Trove" for visitors who stay and play for two consecutive nights at participating lodging establishments through October 31, 2017. Benzie County also features numerous art galleries and shopping, the award winning Stormcloud Brewing Company, Lake Ann Brewing Company, Iron Fish Distillery, and St. Ambrose Meadery and Winery, as well as, creative dining establishments.

About the Garden Theater
The Garden Theater, located at 301 Main Street in downtown Frankfort Michigan, was originally built in 1923 and renovated beginning in 2008. The Garden shows first-run, independent and foreign films, and is home to the annual Frankfort Film Festival.
