Description
Join your neighbors for food, fellowship, and friendly discussions about local topics this Winter.
Some nights have topics led by an individual and some are panel discussions.
This evening, we will start with a food demonstration in our commercial kitchen, led by Chef Steve Tebo, Registered Dietician Laura McCain (Munson), and special guest sous chef Dr. Jacob Flynn (Benzie Central graduate, Crystal Lake Clinic).
At 6pm we will potluck and start an interactive panel discussion including Laura and Dr. Flynn, plus Abby Beale (Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and GAPS trained- Gut and Psychology Syndrome) and Paula Martin (MS, RDN, LDN) who was instrumental in bringing together Traverse City’s first Culinary Medicine Conference in 2017.
There is plenty of food if you're not able to share.
All ages welcome.
If the weather is bad, the event will be canceled if Benzie County Central Schools are closed
