This position will be under the general direction of the Manager and Board of Road Commissioners. The individual will be responsible for all financial documentation, assistance in preparation of Board agendas, attendance and recordings of minutes at Board meetings, accounting for the month end and year end closing, preparation of annual Act 51 report, processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, assisting the Manager in preparation and recommendation of the annual budge to the Board, preparation of bank deposits and transmittals to the County Treasurer, Human Resources, benefit renewals, back up to front office staff and various other duties as assigned. Other qualifications include computer knowledge and the ability to communicate with employees and the public.
